| Objective: In this experiment,normal SD rats were selected as the research object,and the modified Coderre modeling method was used to replicate the animal model of gouty joint inflammation by injecting MSU into the joint cavity to simulate the inflammation of acute gouty arthritis,and external application of crystal Dan Treatment was performed to compare the pathological changes of ankle joint diameter,skin temperature,and joint synovium of rats,the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in ankle joint synovial fluid and serum,and to explore the acute gouty of Chinese medicine preparation Jingdan on rats The role and mechanism of arthritis.Methods: Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into an experimental group,a model group,and a blank control group.Each group was fed with common feed,and the model was started after 2 weeks of adaptive feeding.The experimental group and the model group were injected with MSU solution on the right ankle joint.After the model was established,they were applied with Shuijingdan daily for 8 hours.,48 h,72h General condition of rats,measuring the right ankle circumference and skin temperature,detecting right ankle joint synovial fluid and serum TNF-α,IL-1β levels at 24 h,48h,72 h and observing the inflammation of joint synovium in 72 h Variety.Results: Shuijingdan,which has the functions of clearing away heat,detoxifying,cooling blood and reducing swelling,can improve the joint swelling and skin temperature of SD gout model rats,effectively improve the symptoms of gouty arthritis,reduce the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and improve the SD rats’ slip Joint synovial pathology.Conclusion: Shui Jingdan,which has the functions of clearing away heat,detoxifying,cooling blood and reducing swelling,can improve the joint swelling and skin temperature of SD gout model rats,effectively improve the symptoms of gouty arthritis,reduce the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and improve the SD rats’ slip Joint synovial pathology. |
