Clinical Observation On Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Spleen And Stomach Weakness Syndrome) Of Diarrhea Treated By Warming Spleen And Reyanbao

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy,symptom scores and improvement of stool traits of patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome)treated with Wenpitie and Reyanbao,A randomized controlled test method was used to explore the clinical efficacy of single-use and combined treatment of warm spleen patch and heat-enriching package,with a view to providing new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:121 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach weakness syndrome)were randomly divided into four groups.The warm spleen patch group was given warm spleen stick point application,and the hot scalp group ironed the abdomen with the hot scalp.Acupoint application of warming spleen and acupoints combined with ironing the abdomen,The control group took Rensheng Jianpi tablets for oral administration.The treatment courses of the four groups were all 2 weeks.The questionnaire survey was used to record the clinical symptoms scores of the subjects before and after the course IBS-SSS score and Bristol stool trait score were used to compare the scores of patients before and after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment results of the four groups of patients with statistical methods.Results:1.Symptom score: There was no statistically significant difference between the warm spleen patch group before and after treatment of symptoms of burnout and fatigue(P > 0.05),Compared with other groups before and after treatment,there were differences in symptom scores before and after treatment(P <0.05),After the treatment,the combined group was better than the Rexuanbao group in improving abdominal distension and abdominal pain(P <0.05).2.Before and after treatment,the IBS-SSS scores of the four groups decreased after treatment(P <0.05).3.Comparison of Bristol stool traits: After three treatments,Bristol stool traits were improved compared with before treatment(P <0.05),the combination group,the control group and the warm spleen paste group were better than the Reyanbao group in improving stool traits(P <0.05).4.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate in the combined group is 83.87%,in the Reyanbao group is 70%,in the Wenpitie group is 73.33%,and in the control group is 76.67%.All four groups can treat IBS-D(spleen and stomach weak type).Conclusion:Warm spleen patch,hot pack,Renshengjianpipian and combined application can effectively treat diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),the clinical effectiveness of the four is not significantly different.For the improvement of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,the combined application is better than the treatment with hot pack alone.Combined application,warm spleen patch and Renshenjianpipian have better effect on the change of stool traits than use hot pack.
