| Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between the levels of IL-6,GAL-3,PTX-3 and TIMI risk score in patien ts with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:75 ACS patients(42~76 years old)were selected and divided into l ow-risk group(n=20),medium risk group(n=32)and high-risk group(n=23)according to the TIMI risk score;30 patients(39~77 years old)with stable angina pectoris were selected as SAP group and 20 patients(40~74 years old)with normal coronary angiography as control group. All th e above selected persons were treated or examined in the cardiology de partment of our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019.After hosp italization,5ml venous blood was drawn from all patients on an empty stomach for examination.IL-6 was sent to biochemical laboratory of our hospital to be determined by luminescent method, and PTX-3 and GAL-3 were measured by ELISA.Data were processed by statistical software to analyze the correlation between GAL-3,IL-6,PTX-3 and TIMI risk score.Results:1.Comparison of IL-6,GAL-3 and PTX-3 levels among groups The PTX-3 levels of the three subgroups according to TIMI scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and increased with the increase of stratification; There was no significant difference in PTX-3 between SA P group and control group(P>0.05).GAL-3 in ACS group was higher than that in SAP group and cont rol group. There was significant difference in the level of GAL-3 betwee n ACS group,SAP group and control group(P<0.05),However,there was no significant difference between the latter two groups(P>0.05).The l evel of GAL-3 in the three groups according to TIMI scores was statisti cally different(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in ACS patients was higher than that in SAP gr oup and control group,There was statistical difference among the three g roups(P<0.05).Although the levels of IL-6 in three subgroups of ACS patients increased in turn, there was no significant difference between the low group and the middle risk group(P>0.05).2.Correlation analysis of risk scores of TIMI with IL-6,GAL-3,PT X-3Spearman correlation analysis showed that GAL-3 was positively co rrelated with TIMI risk score(r=0.670,P<0.001);PTX-3 was positively correlated with TIMI risk score(r=0.660,P<0.001);IL-6 was not correl ated with TIMI risk score(r=0.204,P>0.001).Conclusions:GAL-3 and PTX-3 were positively correlated with TIMI risk score(r=0.670,r=0.660,P<0.001),while IL-6 was not correlated with TIMI ri sk score(r=0.204,P>0.001).IL-6,GAL-3 and PTX-3 are expected to be i ndependent predictors of ACS.PTX-3,GAL-3 combined with TIMI risk s core are more valuable in assessing the severity of ACS. |
