Primary Bone Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma With Gastric Cancer: A Case Report And Literature Review

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics diagnosis、treat-ment methods and prognosis of primary bone lymphoma,and the di-agnosis and pathogenesis of it with gastric cancer.Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of a case with primary b-one diffuse large B-cell lymphoma complicated with gastric cancer and on set with pathological fracture was reported.Results: The patient was diagnosed with primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the stomach through two pathological biopsies.Primary bone lymphoma combined with gastric cancer is relatively rare in clinical practice and the clinical manifestations are similar to those of primary malignant tumors of bone and stomach that lack specificity,which are easy to be misdiagnosed.Therefore,Various clinicians should not ignore such diseases in clinical work and make a good differential diagnosis.When patients with primary osteolymphoma being found with new gastric lesions,doctors should not ignore the possibility of repeated cancer.Conclusions: Primary bone lymphoma may be related to the ga-stric cancer,but the current research has not put forward a clear r-elationship between the primary bone lymphoma and gastric cancer.Primary extra nodal lymphomas invade a wide ra-nge of sites and c-over almost every organ or tissue in the body.For this type of dise-ase,doctors needs to be cautious about t-heir clinical practice and i-mprove pathological examination to reduce misdiagnosis,and enable patients to receive diagnosis and treatment in time.So as to improve the overall survival rate of patients.
