| Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the expression status of histones ER,PR,Her-2,and Ki-67 before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer,and to analyze the effects of changes in the expression status of various molecular biological indicators on breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 162 patients with breast cancer who were treated in the department of nail and breast surgery at the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2010 to December 2016 was performed.ER,PR,Her-2,and Ki in immunohistochemistry before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were compared.-67 expression status and its outcome,through follow-up investigation and statistical data,to analyze the impact of changes in molecular biological indicators on breast cancer recurrence and metastasis,and provide relevant references for comprehensive clinical treatment.Results: The number of ER expression changes in breast cancer tissue cells before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 59.Among them,26 cases had an increase in ER expression state and a decrease in ER expression state before neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The number of cases changed was 85 cases.Among them,the expression of PR was increased in 29 cases and the expression of PR was decreased in 56 cases before neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The initial expression of Her-2 was changed in 62 cases after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The expression status changed from positive to negative in 24 cases and changed from negative to positive in38 cases.The initial expression status of Ki-67 changed in 94 cases compared with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,of which the expression status decreased by 55 and increased by39 cases.The analysis showed that Ki-67 expression was elevated,HER-2 expression was negative and positive,and the presence of vascular tumor thrombus was an independent influencing factor for patients with recurrence and metastasis.Conclusions: 1.The expression status of histochemical factors ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67 changed to different degrees before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.2.Her-2 expression is positive,which is an independent risk factor for breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.3.Increased Ki-67 expression is an independent risk factor for breast cancer recurrence and metastasis. |
