| Objective:Taking the patients with acute lumbar sprain as the research object, the clinical effect difference of three different treatment methods of acupuncture, puncture cupping and cupping, was compared and observed to explore the effective methods for the treatment of acute lumbar sprain, and the mechanism of three different methods, namely acupuncture, puncture cupping and cupping, was tried to clarify,so as to provide the best intervention method for the clinical treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods: In this project,60 patients with acute lumbar sprain who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into three groups:acupuncture group, puncture cupping group and cupping group, with 20 people in each group.Acupuncture group, using conventional acupuncture treatment for EX-UE7,BL40,SI3 and Ashi points, and kept the acupuncture for 30 minutes once a day, five days as a course of treatment.Puncture cupping group, using local Ashi point puncture and cupping bleeding treatment, once every other day, five days as a course of treatment.Cupping group, using local Ashi point cupping treatment, once every other day, five days as a course of treatment. The pain score and lumbar spine function before and after the first treatment and after the end of the treatment were used as observation indicators. The visual analogue scale of pain(VAS)and the JOA score scale for lower back pain of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association were used to evaluate. The changes of pain VAS score and JOA score before treatment, after the first treatment and afterthe end of the treatment. All test data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. When P≥0.05,there was no statistical significance,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, and P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The general conditions of the three groups before treatment were compared, such as age, gender, pain VAS score before treatment,JOA score before treatment, etc.,and statistical analysis was performed(P> 0.05),which was comparable.2.The comparison of VAS scores in the three groups before and after treatment showed that there were significant differences after the first treatment(P <0.05),suggesting that all three methods of treatment can effectively relieve pain.Comparing the VAS scores between the three groups, the immediate effect of pain relief on puncture cupping was significantly higher than that of the other two groups, and the immediate effect of pain relief on cupping was not obvious. The comparison of VAS scores after the end of the treatment course was puncture cupping> acupuncture> cupping, and the VAS scores of the three had significant differences(P <0.05).3.Comparison and analysis of JOA scores of low back pain in the three groups before and after treatment, statistical analysis of the two indicators after the first treatment and after a course of treatment indicated that there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the three methods of treatment can effectively improve the daily activity function of the lumbar spine.Comparison of JOA scores of low back pain between groups after treatment: Acupuncture and cupping can improve the immediate effect of lumbar dysfunction caused by acute lumbar sprain.Compared with the threegroups, and the immediate effect of lumbar dysfunction on cupping was not obvious. The comparison of JOA scores for lower back pain after the treatment was as follows: puncture cupping> acupuncture> cupping, with significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Three different treatment methods, acupuncture, puncture cupping, and cupping, all have definite therapeutic effects on acute lumbar sprain.2.In the three different intervention methods for the treatment of acute lumbar sprain, the degree of improvement of the pain VAS score and JOA score of low back pain of the disease, puncture and cupping treatment>acupuncture treatment> cupping treatment.3.In the observation of immediate effect, comparing the three treatment methods, the immediate effect of puncture and cupping treatment of the disease is the most significant. |
