| Objectives To observe the rehabilitation effect of modified guided imagery training on cognitive dysfunction,anxiety,depression and disability acceptance,quality of life in stroke hemiplegic patients,and to observe the rehabilitation effect of modified guided imagination training combined with accurate cognitive training on cognitive dysfunction,anxiety,depression and disability acceptance,quality of life in stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods From October 2018~ May 2019,patients with stroke hemiplegia with cognitive impairment and anxiety and depression who met the inclusion criteria were selected for hospitalization in Bao Ding Taihe rehabilitation hospital 108 patients were divided into control group,experimental group 1,experimental group 2,and experimental group 2.In the control group,routine treatment,rehabilitation and nursing of neurology were carried out.Experiment 1 group was given improved guidance and imagination training on the basis of control group,and experiment 2 group was given accurate and individualized cognitive training on the basis of experiment 1 group.An Improved Guide to Imagination:A Mopelola Adeola,of Author Jiang Hong to the American Author On the basis of the Chinese CD provided by Clinical Assistant Professor at Purdue University,the guiding contents were designed according to the characteristics of stroke hemiplegia.Each guided imagination training is 15 minutes,each day after lunch break and after dinner for 4 weeks.Accurate and personalized cognitive training: based on the content of accurate cognitive training based on the existence of cognitive problems,according to the Montreal scale(Mo CA)evaluation results are divided into visual space disorders,performance disorders,naming disorders,attention and computational power disorders.Language disorder,abstract ability disorder,delay recall disorder,orientation disorder eight dimensions.To construct individualized and accurate cognitive function intervention scheme in each dimension.Take a break after dinner once a day for 4 weeks.the Mo CA,hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),disability acceptance scale,chinese version quality of life(SF-36)were used before and after the intervention for 4 weeks to compare the effect of the intervention.The Excel table is used for data input,the SPSS17.0 statistical software is used for analysis after checking,the measurement data is expressed as mean ± standard deviation(`x±s),and the square difference is used for comparison between groups analysis,test,non-parametric test analysis,with P<0.05 as the difference is statistically significant.Results 1 There was no significant difference between the total MoCA scores and the scores of each dimension before and after intervention(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of executive function,naming ability,attention,language expression ability,abstract thinking ability,memory,orientation ability and Mo CA total scores were significantly higher in the two groups(P<0.05)The scores of executive function,attention,language expression,abstract thinking,memory,orientation and total Mo CA score in experimental group 1 were significantly higher than those in control group meaning(P<0.05);the score of executive function,attention,language expression ability and total Mo CA score of experiment 2 group was significantly higher than that of experiment 1 group(P<0.05).2 There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the three groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).After 4weeks of intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and total score of experiment 2group were significantly higher than those of control group and experiment 1 group(P>0.05).3 There was no significant difference in the scores of disability acceptance and quality of life between the three groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).After 4weeks of intervention,the scores of disability acceptance and quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group and the one group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved guided Imagery training can improve the cognitive function of the patients,relieve the anxiety and depression symptoms of the patients,improve the acceptance of the disability of the patients,and improve the quality of life of the patients at the same time.The intervention effect of improved guided imagination training and precise individualized cognitive training is better.Figure 1;Table 18;Reference 236... |
