| Objectives By measuring the level of serum omentin-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with abnormal bone mass,the relationship between T2 DM patients with abnormal bone mass and serum omentin-1 was discussed,and the risk factors of bone density in T2 DM patients were further analyzed to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of T2 DM patients with abnormal bone mass.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,155 T2 DM patients in the Department of endocrinology of our hospital were selected to measure the bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar vertebrae(L1~4),femoral neck and total hip by dual energy Xray absorptiometry(DXA).According to BMD,56 cases were divided into normal bone mass group(control group)and 99 cases were divided into abnormal bone mass group(including osteopenia and osteoporosis)(case group).Record the subjects’ general information,previous disease history,basic vital signs,serum omentin-1,biochemical indexes(liver function,renal function,blood lipid,calcium,phosphorus),blood glucose related metabolic indexes,and calculate the BMI,waist hip ratio(WHR),waist height ratio(WHt R),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),etc.Set the questionnaire,record the relevant indicators,sort out the input data,and use SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of the data.Results 1 There was no statistically significant difference in gender composition between the two groups(P>0.05).The average age of the group with abnormal bone mass was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BMI,FPG,Hb A1 c,Fins,diabetic macroangiopathy,diabetic microangiopathy and diabetic peripheral angiopathy had statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in the course of T2 DM,WHR,WHt R,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALP,Ca,P,UA,CR,BUN,history of smoking,drinking,and whether combined with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(P>0.05).2 The level of serum omentin-1 in the bone mass abnormality group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum omentin-1 decreased,and the risk of bone mass abnormality increased by 2.925 times(P<0.05).3 Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum omentin-1 was associated with abnormal bone mass in T2 DM patients.When serum omentin-1<1384ng/L,the risk of abnormal bone mass in T2 DM patients increased by 2.005 times.Meanwhile,age,Hb A1 c and diabetic peripheral vascular disease were associated with abnormal bone mass in T2 DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The level of serum omentin-1 in T2 DM patients with abnormal bone mass decreased.2 The level of serum omentin-1 is related to the abnormal bone mass in T2 DM.As the level of serum omentin-1 decreases,the risk of abnormal bone mass in T2 DM patients increases.Figure 0;Table 12;Reference 186... |
