Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Pediatric Constipation(Sputum-fever Type) Based On Zangfu Syndrome Based On The Method Of "Pot Lifting And Covering"

Purpose: This study is based on the theory of "the surface of the lungs and the large intestine," and applies the method of "lifting the pot to expose the cover" to give Professor changke the experience prescription "Qianwanjiawei" to treat constipation in children(phlegm fever type)Study the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of this program,explore its feasibility and practicality,and provide new ideas and treatment prescriptions for clinical treatment of constipation in children.Methods: In this study,60 children with constipation(phlegm fever type)who attended the pediatric clinic of the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected according to a 1: 1 ratio.They were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Qianwan Jiawei",and the control group was given the western medicine "Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live bacteria tablets"(Golden bifid).After 2 weeks of continuous medication,the conditions before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups,and the research data were collected for summary and arrangement,processed by SPSS 25.0 software,and statistical description and analysis were performed to assess the clinical efficacy.One month after the end of the course of treatment,the patients who were treated effectively and recovered were followed up to observe the recurrence rate of the patients in the two groups.Results: There were no sheds during the treatment,and a total of 60 children participated in this project.The results showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.34%;the total effective rate in the control group was 66.67%.(1)Efficacy analysis: The difference between the total effective rates before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)Efficacy index analysis:(1)Comparison of main symptoms score: the two groups had two levels of labor defecation,defecation interval,and defecation interval.Symptoms P> 0.05,no statistical significance,suggesting that the treatment group and the control group are equivalent in efficacy,while the other symptoms are tested by t test,P <0.05,which is statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.This shows that Jinbiqi and testicles can improve the symptoms of constipation in children,while testicular flavor can improve the characteristics of stool,shorten the time of constipation,and reduce children’s feeling of stool is significantly better than the control group.(2)Comparison of secondary symptoms scores: The two groups had P> 0.05 on the three symptoms of abdominal fullness and pain,dry mouth,and conscious stickiness in the mouth,which was not statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group and the control group had comparable efficacy,and the rest The t-test showed a statistical significance of P <0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.It shows that Jinbiqi and testicles can improve some children’s constipation syndrome,while testicular flavor can significantly improve the symptoms of children with constipation,and can better treat other symptoms.(3)Relapse analysis: After treatment,the two groups of clinically cured and markedly effective cases were followed up for 1 month,and the recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were observed to be 4.35% and 21.43%,respectively.Conclusion: The effect of Jiao Wan added flavor on pediatric phlegm fever type constipation is significant,and it is safe and reliable.
