| Objective:Study 159 cases of late-stage colorectal cancer syndromes distribution difference after four chemotherapy regimens of chemotherapy,discusses four chemotherapy regimens of chemotherapy after connecting element and the distribution of syndrome types and differences,and a preliminary analysis of different sexual flavour to the chemotherapy regimens,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine cure not ill concept,put forward the ideas,early intervention treatment for clinical theoretical foundation for the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:By the method of retrospective study,collect on January 1,2017 to December 31,2019 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital FOLFIRI scheme or FOLFOX scheme or XELOX scheme or SOX scheme,159 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy,pathological stage were clinical stage IV,collect patient general condition and symptoms and signs after chemotherapy tongue coating pulse condition and other clinical data,through the establishment of database,the WPS used wen-feng zhu professor type of syndrome element,justification of dialectics extraction method,respectively for FOLFIRI(23cases)、FOLFOX(75 cases)、XELOX(32 cases)and SOX(29 cases)were used to extract the main syndromes of all patients after chemotherapy.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,and non-parametric rank sum test was used to test the results for comparison.Results:1.Four chemotherapy regimens are compared in pairs.The main symptom of FOLFIRI is abdominal pain and diarrhea.The main symptom of XELOX is numb hands and feet.The main symptom of FOLFOX is Pale and sore in the mouth.The main symptom of SOX is unconspicuous.The non-parametric rank sum test suggestedthat P<0.05,Difference being statistically significant.2.Four chemotherapy regimens are compared in pairs.Major disease location syndrome element of FOLFIRI is large intestine.Major disease location syndrome element of XELOX is spleen.Major disease location syndrome element of FOLFOX is stomach.Major disease location syndrome element of SOX is stomach.The non-parametric rank sum test suggested that P<0.05,3.Four chemotherapy regimens are compared in pairs.Major symptom factor of disease nature of FOLFIRI is hot.Major symptom factor of disease nature of XELOX is humble.Major symptom factor of disease nature of FOLFOX is hot or blood-insufficiency.Major symptom factor of disease nature of SOX is humble.The non-parametric rank sum test suggested that P<0.05,Difference being statistically significant.4.Four chemotherapy regimens are compared in pairs.The main syndrome types of FOLFIRI is large intestinal damp-heat.The main syndrome types of XELOX is syndrome of cold-dampness disturbing spleen.The main syndrome types of FOLFOX is damp-heat retention spleen syndrome.The main syndrome types of SOX is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.The non-parametric rank sum test suggested that P<0.05,Difference being statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Major symptom factor of FOLFIRI is large intestine and hot,the main syndrome types being large intestinal damp-heat.Major symptom factor of XELOX is spleen and humble,the main syndrome types being cold-dampness disturbing spleen.Major symptom factor of FOLFOX is stomach and hot or blood-insufficiency,the main syndrome types being damp-heat retention spleen syndrome.Major symptom factor of SOX is stomach andhumble,the main syndrome types being spleen and stomach type.2.FOLFIRI scheme is characterized by hot,pungent and bitter in taste,with dichotomous,partial settlement,and belongs to large intestine,spleen,kidney and stomach meridians.XELOX scheme has four characteristics: cold,bitter taste,ascending and floating,spleen,large intestine and lung meridians.FOLFOX scheme ischaracterized by heat,pungent and bitter taste,ascending and floating nature,belonging to spleen,stomach,kidney and large intestine meridians.SOX plan is characterized by cold,bitter taste,main subsidence,spleen,large intestine and stomach meridians. |
