Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore the influencingfactors of intensive lipid-lowering treatment in patients with different TCM syndromes of stroke, and to provide new ideas for guiding clinical lipid-lowering treatment for ischemic stroke and implementing effective secondary prevention. Methods:This study included 89 patients aged 46 to 77 years in the Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December2019.Western medicine diagnosedthem as acute ischemic stroke and TCM diagnosed as stroke-Meridian.According to the grading scale of stroke symptoms of TCM symptoms,it was divided into group A(wind phlegm obstruction),group B(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity),group C(phlegm and stasis obstruction),and group D(qi deficiency and blood stasis). The statin is used for lipid-lowering treatment, and blood lipids, liver function, muscle enzymes, and kidney function are regularly reviewed. The compliance of LDL-C is used as the main indicator, and the above data are analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)General information: A total of 89 patients were completed in this study. The four groups of syndrome types, gender, age,BMI value, stroke disease TCM symptom quantification scale score,NIHSS score, blood lipid, liver function, muscle enzyme, renal function and other baselines There is no significant difference in comparison of data.(2)Distribution of risk factors: There was a statistical difference between AC groups(P<0.05),a significant statistical difference between BC groups(P<0.01),and no statistical difference between the remaining groups(P>0.05).(3)LDL-C compliance time:(1)There was a significant statistical difference between the AB,BC,and CD groups(P<0.01);(2)There was a statistical difference between the BD groups(P<0.05);(3)There was no statistics between the AC and AD groups. The difference was significant(P>0.05).(4)Blood lipid levels after LDL-C compliance: 1)Comparison of TC levels between groups:(1)Comparison between groups after compliance: Comparison between BC groups with significant statistical differences(P<0.01);Comparison between AB and CD groups There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the AC,AD,and BD groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between the groups within 1 month after reaching the standard: there is a significant statistical difference between the BC groups(P<0.01);there is a statistical difference between the AB and CD groups(P<0.05);between the AC,AD,BD groups There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2)Comparison of LDL-C levels between groups:(1)Comparison after reaching the standard: There was a statistical difference between the AB and BC groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the AC,AD,BD,and CD groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between the groups within one month after reaching the standard:there was a significant statistical difference between the AB and BC groups(P<0.01);there was no statistical difference between the AC,AD,BD,and CD groups(P>0.05).3)Comparison of the number of people who met the LDL-C standards in the four groups within one month after meeting the standards: there was a statistical difference in the number of people who met the standards for AB and BC(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the number of AC,AD,BD,and CD meeting standards(P>0.05).(5)Safety indicators: There were no significant differences in liver function, muscle enzymes, and renal function between the 89 patients in this study and before and after intensive statin-lowering treatment(P>0.05).(6)Compliance:There was no significant difference in compliance between the four groups in this study(P>0.05),and the overall compliance was 85.57%.One case was removed in group A and 3 cases were lost;one case was removed in group B and two cases were lost;two cases were removed in group C and two cases were lost;and two cases were removed in group D and two cases were lost. Conclusions:This study shows that intensive statin-lowering therapy for patients with different types of stroke syndromes in stroke can have an exact effect on the control of blood lipids(TC,LDL-C).After reaching the standard, the levels of TC and LDL-C are also relatively high, suggesting that stroke and dyslipidemia should be treated with phlegm, collaterals, and blood circulation. After intensive statin and lipid-lowering treatment reached the standard of LDL-C,there were no significant differences in liver function(ALT,AST),muscle enzymes(CK,CK-MB),and renal function(BUN,Cr)compared with before treatment.Statin lipid-lowering therapy is relatively safe.In the course of follow-up,patients had self-reduced drugs and refused to follow-up,and their compliance still needed to be improved. This study still needs to carry out a multi-center large sample study to provide stronger support.
