Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of buzhong yiqi decoction in alleviating the toxic and side effects of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancers, the clinical guiding value of the treatment of nourishing qi and nourishing blood, strengthening spleen and stomach combined with fuzheng and nourishing deficiency in alleviating the toxic and side effects of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancers was verified, and the clinical efficacy and reliability were evaluated.A preparation for relieving the symptoms of myelosuppression and toxic side effects of chemotherapy was found. Methods:This subject adopts single blind method, selection of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in september 2018-December 2019 colorectal malignancy treated to meet the requirements of postoperative chemotherapy patients a total of 80 cases, simple random of 40 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer to fill in yiqi tonga taste(exemption decoct preparations)+sanguisorba raw white as the treatment group treated with observation; And another 40 cases of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients as control group, only to be sanguisorba raw white to observe,to compare two groups of patients’ white blood cells, hemoglobin, granulocyte, the change of platelet reactions such as bone marrow suppression index levels,as well as nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation symptoms of adverse reaction of digestive system such as the change of situation. Finally, through the corresponding clinical efficacy evaluation criteria, the clinical efficacy of buzhong yiqi decoction flavoring to alleviate the side effects of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer was evaluated.Results:1.Referring to the grading criteria for common toxic and side effects in WHO clinical trials,5 time points were selected,i.e.,before chemotherapy,D3(day 3 of chemotherapy),D5(day 5 of chemotherapy),D14(day 14 of chemotherapy),and D26(day 26 of chemotherapy). The changes of leukocytes, neutrophils, platelets and hemoglobin in the two groups were observed and compared.Clinical results showed that the white blood cells and neutrophils in the treatment group of D3,D5,D14 and D26 were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).Platelets in the D14 and D26 groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The incidence and degree of decline of white blood cells, neutrophils and platelets in the treatment group during chemotherapy were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in hemoglobin between the two groups during the observation period, and there was no statistical difference(P >0.05).2.4 time points were selected for comparative analysis with reference to the quantitative scale of symptoms of ruff-man syndrome,i.e.,before chemotherapy,D1(the first day of chemotherapy),D5(the fifth day of chemotherapy),and D14(the 14 th day of chemotherapy).Nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea and constipation were observed and compared.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in abdominal distension score in the treatment group(P >,0.05).The scores of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation in the D1,D5 and D14 groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Two groups were selected to evaluate the curative effect of TCM syndromes by two time points of D1 and D5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,while the effective rate of the control group was 77.5%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).This indicates that oral buzhong yiqi decoction with flavor-free decoction can improve the symptoms of postoperative chemotherapy toxicity and reduce the pain of postoperative chemotherapy patients.3.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the patients taking buzhong yiqi decoction with flavor-free decoction after chemotherapy.Conclusion:1.For patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancers, buzhong yiqi decoction was flavored to significantly reduce the toxic and side effects of leukocyte, neutrophils and platelets;2.Buzhong yiqi decoction can significantly relieve nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and constipation symptoms of toxic side effects, reduce the pain of postoperative chemotherapy patients;3.Buzhong yiqi decoction did not improve the symptoms of abdominal distention.4.The treatment of nourishing qi and nourishing blood, strengthening spleen and stomach combined with fuzheng and nourishing deficiency has clinical guiding value in alleviating the toxic and side effects of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancers.
