Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Attack Stage Of Asthma With Shegan Mahuang Decoction And Guizhi Fuling Pill Based On The Theory Of "Phlegm And Blood Stasis Homology"

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shegan Mahuang Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of acute exacerbation stage of bronchial asthma（syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung）,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of asthma.Methods:66 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,including doxofylline intravenous drip,terbutaline combined with budesonide inhalation.The observation group was treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 10 days.After treatment,the TCM syndromes,ACQ7 score and pulmonary function（FEV₁%,FEV₁/FVC,PEF）were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Result:1. The total effective rate was 93.5%in the observation group,87.50%in the control group and more than 85%in both groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）,The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2. After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group waslower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;The difference of wheezing,coughing,chest distress and expectoration between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）,The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group;The difference of wheezing sound was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.3. The ACQ7 scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and theobservation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.4. After treatment,FEV₁%,FEV₁/FVC and PEF of the two groups were improved.The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.5. There was no significant difference in PLT between the two groups before and after treatment（P>0.05）.6. No significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Shegan Mahuang Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill can help to improve the symptoms of wheezing,coughing,chest tightness and expectoration in patients with acute attack stage of bronchial asthma（syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung）,reduce ACQ7 score,improve lung function,improve clinical efficacy,and have good safety.
