| Objective:Taking the general acupoints as the control group,to observe the effectiveness of moxibustion combined with quick-cupping therapy which is based on the theory of "Yin urgent Yang slow" in the treatment of post-stroke dystonia in order to provide more methods and ideas for clinical treatment, and more scientific evidences for the clinical application.Method:In this study,80 patients with ULHAS(upper limb hypermyotonia after stroke)were randomly divided into treatment-group(moxibustion and quick-cupping group)and control-group(acupuncture of reducing Yin and nourishing Yang group),of which 40 paitients were included in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic support treatment. Both group received total 24 sessions of acupuncture treatment in four weeks. We used Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)as endpoints to evaluate the clinical efficacy of c treatment.Result:1.Modified Ashworth spasm scale: after treatment, the muscle tension rating of the two groups was lower than before(P(27)0.05),and the effect of reducing muscle tension of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P(27)0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group was 81.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 63.1%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).2.Fugl-Meyer assessment scale: after repeated measurement and analysis of general linear model, the difference of FMA scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The measurement time * group shows F=3.43,P=0.013,P(27)0.05,the treatment mode and the FMA score of the two groups improved significantly. Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with quick-cupping therapy based on the theory of "Yin urgent and Yang slow" is better than the commonly used acupuncture of reducing Yin and nourishing Yang in reducing the muscle tension of the upper limbs and improving the motor dysfunction of the limbs after stroke, which is worthy of more clinical research. |
