Objective:In recent years,the tension between doctors and patients in China has tended to be flat,but violent medical injuries are still frequently exposed.Therefore,we will implement the medical dispute prevention and treatment regulations of the state and the province,establish and improve a good medical dispute handling mechanism,properly resolve medical disputes,reconcile the relationship between doctors and patients,and form a stable and satisfactory medical treatment atmosphere,which is to deepen the reform of the medical system and realize The inevitable requirement of the great Chinese dream.This paper investigates the basic situation of third-party mediation agencies(also known as“medical adjustment committees”)in Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,the level of awareness of third-party mediation between doctors and patients,and the satisfaction of doctors,patients,and government departments in third-party mediation.To understand the advantages and disadvantages of third-party mediation in Lianyungang City,the influencing factors of the cognitive level of doctors and patients and the implementation effect of third-party mediation,in order to provide targeted suggestions for improving the operation mode of third-party mediation.Methods:Through interviews to understand the basic situation of third-party mediation in Lianyungang City,and randomly selected 149 medical staff from two top-three general hospitals and one top-three specialized hospitals in Lianyungang from July 20 to December 2018,patients 152 As the research object,the self-made questionnaire was used to conduct the cognitive level survey.At the same time,a random selection of 226 medical staff from January 2017 to January 2019,through mediation,court judgment or ruling,consultation between doctors and patients,12345 government hotline reply,and agreement was reached.The 208 affected patients and the relevant government departments involved in coordinating the handling of medical disputes during the same period included:24 administrative departments of health,administrative departments of the judiciary,courts,and relevant departments of the medical association,and conducted telephone interviews.Survey and statistical analysis using spss21.0.Specific statistical methods include univariate analysis,spearman correlation analysis,multiple linear regression,andχ~2test.Results:(1)Lianyungang third-party mediation agencies have reasonable settings,guaranteed operating funds,clear processes,and made important contributions to solving medical disputes in the region;(2)Cognitive level:medical personnel to third-party mediation in our city The cognitive average score was 67.3%.The results of single factor analysis showed that gender,academic qualifications,professional titles,majors,internal and external,women,children,ENT and working age were the factors influencing the cognitive level of medical personnel to third-party mediation.Correlation analysis shows that the higher the level of education,the higher the title,the longer the length of service,the better the level of cognition.Further multivariate analysis was used to understand that the seniority and master’s degree were independent factors affecting the cognitive level of medical staff,and the differences were statistically significant.The average cognitive rate of patients’third-party mediation was 51.3%.The results of single factor analysis showed that the inpatients,the civil servants in the occupation,the civil servants in the occupation,the enterprises and institutions,the farmers and the family’s annual income except for the RMB 50,000-100,000 were affected by the third-party mediation.The influencing factors of the level of knowledge.Correlation analysis shows that the higher the level of education,the more the family’s annual income,the better the cognitive level.Further multivariate analysis showed that college degree,bachelor degree or above in academic qualifications were independent factors affecting patients’cognitive level,and the differences were statistically significant.(3)Satisfaction level:medical staff’s treatment of medical disputes fairness The difference in satisfaction with speed,process,and personnel composition was statistically significant;the difference in satisfaction between the patient and the fairness and speed of medical disputes was statistically significant;the relevant government departments had mediation,court litigation,and both doctors and patients There is no significant difference in the satisfaction of medical dispute resolution between the four aspects of the negotiated settlement and the 12345government hotline.Conclusions and Recommendations:Through investigation,it is found that the third-party mediation mode of Lianyungang City is neutral,efficient and low-cost.The problem is the lack of professional talents,the poor communication process between the medical committee and the parties,and insufficient coverage and publicity.The cognitive level of medical staff is still acceptable,and the cognitive level of the patient is low.Third-party mediation has been widely recognized for the fairness and speed of satisfaction performance.In order to better solve medical disputes,the author suggests:(1)Medical planning committee:mandatory medical institutions at all levels to participate in medical liability insurance,attach importance to mediation Professional training,improve mediation professionalism,establish and accelerate the process of connecting with all parties;(2)Government:increase publicity and consider special fund investment;(3)Medical institutions:strengthen medical quality and safety management in hospitals,promote Patients participate in medical safety,attach importance to humanistic literacy and humanistic care,create a good communication environment for doctors and patients,diversify medical disputes,establish and improve linkage and joint prevention mechanisms;(4)Patients:rationally treat medical disputes and actively seek third-party mediation Staff help.
