Clinical Study Of Mongolian Medicine Runguling In The Treatment Of Osteoporosis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of runguling on osteoporosis.Methods: From October 2017 to October 2019,60 osteoporosis patients who were treated in Inner Mongolia International Mongolian medical hospital were randomly selected to participate in the study.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group took orally the Mongolian medicine runguling,15 capsules / time,once in the morning and once in the evening;the patients in the control group took orally the Chinese medicine Jintiange capsule,3 capsules / time,3 times / day;the BMD of lumbar vertebrae,VAS score,accompanying symptom score and S-Ca level were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 80%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The BMD level of lumbar vertebrae in the two groups increased significantly,and the VAS pain score decreased.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P< 0.05).Moreover,the BMD level of lumbar vertebrae in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood calcium level of the two groups increased,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);the score of concomitant symptoms decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical study showed that runguling,a Mongolian medicine,was safe and effective in the treatment of osteoporosis;after the treatment,the pain symptoms in the lumbar and back of the patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the effect on the improvement of BMD and blood calcium level of the lumbar spine was significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the Mongolian medicine runguling has a significant effect on osteoporosis,which is worth further clinical application and promotion.
