A Comparative Study On The Satisfaction Of T He Implementation Of The Functions Of Comm Unity Health Service Institutions In Different Medical Association Models

At present,in China’s medical reform,more attention has been paid to the medical association than to many individual reforms.The current medical complex is the hot spot of national medical and health reform,but also the establishment of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,the implementation of up and down referral,rapid and slow triage.It is also a key measure to establish graded diagnosis and treatment,enhance the ability of community service,realize the responsibility of public hospitals and community health service centers,and construct a new medical system in China.It deserves the attention of all walks of life.Under the background of the new health care reform in China,this paper aims to improve the service status and satisfaction of the medical staff to the basic community health service institutions under the mode of close(hospital merger)and loose(contract)medical association,including prevention function,health care function,medical function,rehabilitation function,health education function,eugenic and eugenic function.Through comparative analysis,the author finds out the reasons for the differences between the two functions,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of the functions of community health services,to promote the improvement and development of the service capacity of grass-roots community health service institutions,and to formulate for the government and health departments.“ The relevant policies of the new health care reform provide reference basis.Under the background of the "new health care reform",the overall satisfaction of medical staff in community health service centers under the tight-type Medical Association model is significantly higher than that under the loose-type Medical Association model.However,there are some reverse differences in the sub-functions.The differences in satisfaction between the two reflect many problems,including many problems.Policy,staff motivation,financial and other factors.Therefore,the development of community health service institutions at the grassroots level should rely on the concept of "basic care,To strengthen the construction of and mechanism as the focus of the health care reform.The government departments should pay enough attention to the grassroots level,change their thinking,accelerate the functional transformation of regional medical complex,and build grassroots health service system that people are satisfied with and trust.
