Clinical Observation Of Lumbar Three Needles Combined With Jingulian Capsule In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the efficacy of lumbar three needles combined with Jingulian capsule in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to evaluate the effectiveness and superiority of lumbar three needles combined with Jingulian capsule in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: The cases came from 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the research criteria in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Rehabilitation Department of Enshi Prefecture Hospital for nationalities from December 2018 to December 2019.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into treatment group(lumbar three needles combined with Jingulian capsule)and control group(lumbar three needles group).There were 30 patients in each group.The indexes of JOA low back pain score and Mc Gill pain score were observed before and after treatment,and the overall curative effect and recurrence rate were evaluated,and the related data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Before and after treatment,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs and limitation of daily living function(ADL)in the JOA low back pain score scale of the two groups were improved,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.01).There were also significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01);(2)The pain grading index(PRI),visual analogue pain score(VAS)and existing pain intensity(PPI)in the Mc Gill pain score scale before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There were also significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).(3)Compared with the overall curative effect,the lumbar three-needle group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in6 cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%;in the lumbar three-needle combined with Jinguilian capsule group,7 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.30%.By rank sum test analysis(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of the curative effect of syndrome types:there was no significant difference among the four syndrome types in the control group(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference among the four syndrome types in the treatment group(P > 0.05).(5)Comparison of recurrence rate: one month after treatment,there were 5 cases of recurrence in the lumbar acupuncture group and 2 cases in the combined group.By chi-square test,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).After 2 months of treatment,11 cases recurred in the lumbar acupuncture group and4 cases in the combined group.The chi-square test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The two groups have curative effect in controlling pain,improving subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily life function,but the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine group is better.The treatment of lumbar three needles combined with Jingulian capsule has an advantage over lumbar three needles alone in improving the effective rate and reducing the recurrence rate,and there are no serious adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
