| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with row acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold and dampness stagnation. Methods:The 66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of this study were included in the treatment, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 60 cases. The treatment group was treated with heat-sentitive moxibustion combined with row acupuncture, starting from the 5th day before menstruation, once a day, continuous treatment for 7 days;the control group was treated with oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsule, the drug was taken when the pain appeared before menstruation, and the dysmenorrhea disappeared until this menstrual period;1 menstrual cycle is a course of treatment, both groups of patients were treated continuously for 3 courses.Observe the VAS score before and after treatment, dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score,PGF2αchange and follow-up dysmenorrhea symptom score 3 months after treatment, and then collate and analyze the obtained data to get the results.Results:1.Compared the vital signs, age, age of menarche, course of disease,VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Clinical efficacy comparison:the total effective rate in the treatment group was93.33%,the total effective rate in the control group was 70.00%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:total effective rate of treatment group 96.67%,total effective rate of control group 66.67%,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.01),and the curative effect of TCM syndromes in treatment group was better than that of control group.4.VAS score comparison:the scores of the two groups before and after treatment decreased, the difference were significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving dysmenorrhea pain symptoms.5.Dysmenorrhea symptom score comparison:two groups before and after treatment, the score decreased, the difference were significant(P<0.01);after treatment between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group improved dysmenorrhea abdominal pain and accompanying symptoms better than the control group;after 3 months of follow-up,the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01),the treatment group of the consolidation of curative effect is longer than the control group.6.TCM syndrome score comparison:the scores of the two groups before and after treatment decreased, the difference were significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group improved the TCM syndrome of dysmenorrhea better than the control group.7.PGF2αcomparison:the PGF2αlevel decreased in both groups before and after treatment, the difference were significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.01),and the decreased PGF2αlevel in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.8.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were not abnormal in monitoring the safety indexes during the course of this study, and there were no adverse reactions related to this study.Conclusion:1.The combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with row acupuncture and the use of ibuprofen sustained-release capsule can reduce the VAS,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score,PGF2αlevel,relieve primary dysmenorrhea abdominal pain discomfort and accompanying symptoms.2.By comparing the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms followed up,it can be concluded that the combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with row acupuncture is better thanthan ibuprofen sustained-release capsule in consolidating the long-term effect.3.The clinical effect and TCM syndromes of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with row acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold and dampness stagnation are better than taking ibuprofen sustained release capsule. |
