Objective:Through medicine-separated moxibustion as the main therapy, the effects on the intestinal flora of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis and the improvement of the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were observed. Methods:This study collected 60 patients with ulcerative colitis who met the inclusion criteria from January 2019 to December 2019 in Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. They were divided into a treatment group and a control group by a randomized control method, each group of 30 example. The treatment group used medicine-separated moxibustion as the main therapy.Zhongwan,Guanyuan and Tianshu points(on both sides)were used for medicine-separated moxibustion, and Yinlingquan and Shangjuxu were used for acupuncture. The acupoints taken in the control group were the same as those in the treatment group, and were treated with acupuncture alone. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the changes in the main symptom scores of TCM and the numbers of bifidobacteria, lactic acid bacteria, enterococci, and enterobacteria in the intestinal flora of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment. The data obtained were all statistically analyzed using SPSS24.0 software.Results:1.Main symptoms: After treatment, the score and score of the main symptoms of the two groups of patients decreased to varying degrees compared with the previous ones, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the single-score and total points of the main symptoms of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Intestinal flora: The test group can effectively increase the number of colonies of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria in the genus of dominant bacteria, and reduce the number of colonies of enterococci and enterobacteria in the conditionally pathogenic bacteria(P <0.05);the control group can also increase The number of colonies of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria(P <0.05),but the change range of the test group was more obvious than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the intestinal tract of the conditionally pathogenic bacteria after treatment The number of colonies of cocci and Enterobacteriaceae had no significant change compared with before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Medicine-separated moxibustion as the main therapy for spleen and kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis can effectively adjust the intestinal flora of UC patients and significantly improve the main symptoms of patients. This therapy has significant efficacy and high safety.Effectively improving the disordered intestinal flora of UC patients may be one of the potential mechanisms of this method for treating UC.
