The Clinical Effect Of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction On The Recovery After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To investigate the effects of dohuishitang decoction on functional recovery and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and c-reactive protein(CRP)levels after total knee replacement,so as to find a traditional Chinese medicine therapy to assist postoperative rehabilitation of TKA and promote postoperative recovery.Methods:Line selection for primary knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty,liver and kidney deficiency,channels stasis syndrome in patients with 60 cases,using the stochastic indicator method is divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in control group after surgery to routine rehabilitation therapy,treatment group on the basis of control group plus postoperatively with live with parasitic orally,respectively to observe the two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks,6 weeks and 3 months of knee joint function of HSS score,preoperative and postoperative serum ESR and CRP level 3months.Result:The treatment group and the control group finally obtained complete follow-up,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in general data(P>0.05),such as gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,which were comparable.There were no statistically significant difference in the functional score of knee joint between the treatment group and the control group before treatment [(49.10±2.45)vs(49.07±2.60)](P>0.05),After2 weeks,6 weeks and 3 months of treatment,the knee function score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant [(67.67 ± 1.47)vs(63.23 ± 1.68),(72.97 ± 2.04)vs(70.00 ± 1.88),(79.87 ±2.21)vs(74.60 ± 1.50)](P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum ESR and CRP levels between the two groups before treatment,[(26.73 ± 3.81)vs(26.60 ±3.36),(31.53±3.79)vs(31.00±3.52)](P>0.05),After treatment,serum ESR and CRP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.[(13.07 ± 1.66)vs(17.97 ± 1.65),(7.40 ±1.48)vs(13.40±2.04)](P<0.05).Conclusion:The total knee arthroplasty with Duhuojisheng decoction for primary knee osteoarthritis can improve postoperative knee function,reduce inflammatory response,and promote postoperative functional recovery,the clinical efficacy is better than conventional rehabilitation treatment alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
