| Objective:This study used acupuncture point bury line combined with Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation(tDCS)as the treatment to stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia.Before-after treatment,we would collect all patients, gait parameters, electrophysiological parameters and motor function indexes, try to explore an effective treatment of lower limb motor function after stroke by combined treatment of Chinese and western way. Methods:During April 2019 to September 2019,134 patients were collected from Shiyan-TaiHe Hospital Rehabilitation Center,They were randomly divided into routine rehabilitation group, acupoint catgut embedding group,tDCS group and acupoint catgut embedding combined with tDCS group. All patients treated for 28 days with conventional medical drugs and rehabilitation methods, the routine rehabilitation group treated with no special treatment;the acupoint catgut embedding group needed select some special points to treat included Qu Chi,Wai Guan,Bi Guan,Xue Hai,Liang Qiu,Zu Sanli;the tDCS group was treated with transcranial direct current stimulation;the acupoint catgut embedding combined with tDCS group received both above treatments. Before and after treatments,wu used Gait Watch movement analysis system collected and analysed all patients, gait parameters, and used transcranial magnetic stimulation instrument collected their motor-evoked potential indexes included amplitudes and incubation periods, and collected all patients, lower limbs simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scores.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results:The most significant improvement happened at the patient’s gait spatial indexes of the acupoint-embedded line combined with the tDCS group, and the patient’s gait spatial indexes of innocent acupoint-embedded line group and tDCS group were all improved compared with conventional rehabilitation group(all P<0.05).But,there was no change happened in acupoint-embedded line group and tDCS group(P>0.05).Among the changes of MEPs indications, the amplitudes and latencies of acupoint-embedded line combined with the tDCS group had the most significant improvements than other three groups(all P<0.05),and these two outcome indexes in acupoint-embedded line group,tDCS group and conventional rehabilitation group had no difference after treatments. As for lower limbs Fugl-Meyer assessment scores, the acupoint-embedded line combined with the tDCS group also had the most significant improvements than other three groups(all P<0.05);The FMA scores of acupoint-embedded line group and tDCS group were also improved compared with conventional rehabilitation group(all P<0.05).But,the changes of L-FMA scores had no statistical difference when compared with acupoint-embedded line group and tDCS group(all P>0.05).Conclusions:1.All above the treatment schemes can effectively promote the recovery of lower limb motor function and improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia.2.Acupoint cat-embedding combined with tDCS can improve the recovery of lower limb motor function and the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.3.Based on gait analysis and electrophysiological detection methods, they can more accurately and objectively evaluate the treatment effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
