OBJECTIVE : To analyze the factors influencing the long-term survival of patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)treated with Retitrexed and Doxorubicin Liposome Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization(TACE).METHODS:From January 2012 to December 2015,55 patients who underwent TACE treatment with Retitrexed and Doxorubicin Liposomes were enrolled in the study group,46 of whom were enrolled as the observation group. At the same time,46 cases of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization with Tegafur and Pirarubicin. The patients were taken as control group.Statistics may affect the long-term survival of patients after TACE: age, hepatitis, liver function classification,alpha-fetoprotein level, number of intrahepatic tumors and total diameter of tumors, portal vein tumor thrombus;treatment program factors: chemotherapy medication, frequency of chemotherapy;post-operative review: type of intrahepaticlipiodol deposition.Chi-square test was used to analyze the factors that may affect the long-term survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and find out the factors that may affect the long-term survival of patients.RESULT:Twenty of 46 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in the observation group survived for more than three years, while 11 patients in the control group survived for more than three years. The survival rates of one,two and three years in the two groups were 80.4%,63.0%,43.5% and76.1%,52.2%,24.0%,respectively.Age,liver function classification, number of intrahepatic tumors and total diameter of tumors, presence or absence of portal vein tumor thrombus, choice of chemotherapeutics and iodized oil deposition in liver had statistical significance for the long-term survival of patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION : The survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Age,liver function classification, number of intrahepatic tumors and total diameter of tumors, presence or absence of portal vein tumor thrombus, chemotherapeutic drugs and iodized oil deposition after operation play a significant role in the long-term survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Retitrexed and Doxorubicin Liposomes can improve the long-term survival rate of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
