New Progress In Research On Infertility Related To Endometriosis

The growth of endometrial tissue(glands and stroma)appeared in other parts of the muscular layer outside the uterine cavity covered endometrium and the Palace called endometriosis,referred to as endometriosis(EMT).Childbearing age is a high incidence of endometriosis in women,the incidence of infertility in women is higher,up to 25%-35%,and there is a clear upward trend,to become one of the common disease of young women.the disease is 80% of patients with obvious dysmenorrhea,50% of patients with infertility,seriously affecting the health and quality of 1ife of patients.Therefore reduce pain,promote and improve fertility,removal of lesions,to prevent and reduce the recurrence has become the means of treatment.The link between endometriosis and infertility is closely related.Its pathogenesis has always been a complex pathophysiological process,and the relevant mechanisms include immune factors,genetic factors,oxidative stress,autophagy,etc.Western medicine treatment with drugs and surgery,there are all the disadvantages of medication,Surgical treatment is effective in some patients,but should be evaluated comprehensively.Thetreatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to recuperate,calm the fetus,nourish the qi and nourish the blood.In this paper,the literature materials related to EMT at home and abroad in recent years were collected,and the research status of traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility related to endometriosis was reviewed from the aspects of correlation,pathogenesis and treatment.
