| Objective: To analyze risk factors for hepatic artery complications after liver transplantation in children,to summarize the method of evaluation of hepatic arteries, and to explore the relationship between hepatic artery anastomosis selection and postoperative complications. Methods: A retrospective of the clinical data of 94 patients who underwent liver transplantation between November 2011 and November 2019 at Children’s Hospital affiliated with Chongqing Medical University to analyze the influence of hepatic artery assessment methods, anastomotic techniques and hepatic artery anatomical factors on hepatic artery complications.IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20.0 software was applied for the analysis.single-factor analysis was performed using chi-square test and multifactor analysis was performed using Logistic regression model,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: 11 cases of hepatic artery complications in 94 children,5 cases survived after intervention or surgery. The results of single-factor analysis showed that DCD liver transplant, continuous suturing and learning curve were the risk factors for hepatic artery complications(P<0.05),and multifactor analysis showed that DCD liver transplant was the independent risk factor for hepatic artery complications(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive hepatic artery assessment, extensive experience, and proven microsurgical techniques can significantly increase the incidence of hepatic artery complications and compensate for the adverse effects of anatomical risk factors;improving the quality of the organ donor livers after the death of citizens can help reduce hepatic artery complications. |
