Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia By Modified Pulsed Glucocorticoids Regimen

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of modified VDLP regimen by pulsed glucocorticoids in the treatment of adult ALL.Methods : To analyze the clinical data of 83 patients with newly diagnosed ALL from January 2011 to January 2018 retrospectively.The patients were divided into the traditional VDLP regimen group(n=71)and the modified VDLP regimen group(n=12)according to the induction chemotherapy regimens,and the clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The CR rates of the modified VDLP group and the traditional VDLP group were 91.7% and 83.1% respectively(P>0.05);the duration of granulocytopenia and infection rate in the modified VDLP regimen group were lower than those in the traditional VDLP regimen group(10 days vs6.25 days,P<0.05;25% vs 63.38%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified VDLP regimen can obtain the short-term effect equivalent to the traditional VDLP regimen in the treatment of initially treating adult ALL,but with the faster recovery ofmyelosuppression and smaller adverse reaction,which is worthy of further exploration and clinical application.
