Analysis Of Patient Satisfaction Survey Of Community Health Service After The New Medical Reform

Objective:Since the 1980 s,China’s medical reform has gone through twists and turns with little effect.At present,China’s medical environment is not good,so it is urgent to build a medical institution system suitable for China’s basic national conditions.In January 2009,the state council passed the "opinions and implementation plan on deepening the reform of the medical and health care system",and the country officially launched the reform of the medical care system.Xi jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China(CPC)central committee,has put forward the strategy of accelerating China’s healthy development in his report to the 19 th CPC national congress.Since the launch of the new round of medical reform,the evaluation from all walks of life is different.One of the important reference indicators for the effectiveness of the new medical reform is the evaluation of community residents’ satisfaction with the new medical reform.In the context of the new medical reform,it is of great practical significance to study the satisfaction of community patients with community services and its influencing factors.Methods:Read the literature and materials related to the new medical reform community health service,patient satisfaction and influencing factors,and develop a questionnaire based on the actual situation of the investigation.The questionnaire adopts the five-level scoring method.During the study period,we have provided 360 questionnaires,actually we have collected 327 valid questionnaires.The principle data were processed by statistical software,and the original data were statistically described and analyzed by forms,X,2-test and Logistic regression model.Results:(1)most community patients in the community are highly satisfied with the community services after the new medical reform,accounting for 76.8% of the total(2)monthly economic income,type of medical insurance,proportion of out-of-pocket expenses in family income,walking time,number of family members and self-assessed severity have statistical significance on the satisfaction of patients in the community health service center;The differences in the satisfaction of community service centers are mainly affected by the diagnosis and treatment costs,the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement,service attitude,two-way referral service,doctors’ careful listening to the patient’s condition,the skill level of general practitioners and the type of drugs.Among them,two-way referral service,service attitude and diagnosis and treatment cost have the largest impact on patient satisfaction.(3)patients with high education level and family structure of 4-5 people in socio-demographic factors are less satisfied with community service.Conclusion:In general,under the new medical reform environment,Guangzhou community health services have been basically recognized by the residents surveyed,but there is still a certain gap with residents ’expectations.There are still relatively weak links in community health services,and the quality needs to be further improved to meet the increasing needs of residents..
