Study On The Effective Connection Between Long-term Care Insurance And Medical Insurance

With the deepening of the aging problem in our country,the long-term care of the elderly is becoming more and more prominent.From the two dimensions of multi-level social care demand and social security system,the connection between long-term care insurance and medical insurance is very important.It is of great practical significance to accurately grasp the status quo of the link between long-term care insurance and medical insurance,and to discover the existing problems.In 2016,the Ministry of people’s Social Affairs issued pilot guidance on long-term care insurance.The pilot work on long-term care insurance in 15 cities across the country has been launched in this regard.In the pilot,there is insufficient supply of long-term care insurance and medical insurance,and the demand assessment is backward.In 2000,the service distinction is vague,the management responsibility is not clear and so on.Based on the current situation of the connection between long-term care insurance and medical insurance in China,this paper analyzes the existing institutional problems,and proposes to strengthen the effective connection between the two insurance under the general trend of aging population.We will actively build a better long-term care system for the elderly.This paper argues that the effective connection between long-term care insurance and medical insurance should be improved by strengthening the top-level system design,perfecting the needs assessment,constructing the long-term photo service system and management innovation,and so on.To ensure the health and orderly operation of long-term care insurance and medical insurance.
