| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture on pain relief and shoulder function improvement in patients with Frozen Shoulder of wind-cold-damp type, and to explore a simple,easy-to-test,safe and effective acupuncture treatment scheme for clinic.Methods:60 patients with Frozen Shoulder of wind-cold-damp type who met the case selection criteria were randomly selected from the random number table and divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture, while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture alone. Both groups were treated once every other day,and a total of 4 weeks of treatment was a course of treatment. The general information,VAS pain score and shoulder function score before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were recorded in detail, and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Statistical software SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed based on the results.Result:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in general information,VAS pain score, shoulder function score(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: After 4 weeks of treatment,8cases were cured,21 cases improved, and 1 case not cured in the treatment group, the cure rate was 26.67%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,22 cases improved,5 cases were not cured, the cure rate was 10%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture is better than that of traditional acupuncture therapy.3.Comparing the VAS pain scores before and after treatment in the two groups: The VAS pain score after treatment in the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both methods can effectively reduce the pain of patients. The comparison between the two groups of VAS pain score after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture had an advantage over the control group in reducing shoulder pain.4.Comparing the shoulder joint function score before and after treatment in the two groups: The shoulder joint function score after treatment in the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both methods can effectively improve the function of the affected shoulder. After the treatment, the shoulder joint function score was compared between the two groups, and the difference was significant(P <0.01),indicating that the treatment group improved the shoulder joint function better than the control group.5.Safety analysis: The routine blood, urine and feces,Liver and kidney function, blood sugar, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and shoulder X-ray of the two groups were monitored during the treatment, which showed that the two groups were safe. Conclusion:The treatment group and control group were effective in treating Frozen Shoulder of wind-cold-damp type;the clinical effect of milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture on Frozen Shoulder of wind-cold-damp type is better than that of traditional acupuncture alone;the use of milli fire needle combined with traditional acupuncture for Frozen Shoulder of wind-cold-damp type can effectively improve the shoulder function of patients, relieve pain, and promote the recovery of shoulder function. |
