Objective:To investigate the effect of incision-hanging minimally invasive bridge-retaining su rgeryon wound area, healing rate, secretions, pain, anal function and healing time after operation for high perianal abscess. Methods:According to the complete randomization method,70 patients with high perianal a bscess who met the inclusion criteria of this study were divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each.On the basis of the same routine diagnosis and treatment before and after surgery, the treatment group was treated with high perianal abscess incision and hanging minimally invasive bridge-retaining surgery, while the con trolgroup was treated with low incision and high thread-hanging surgery.Observe and record the wound area, secretion, pain, healing time of the two groups on the1 st,7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation, and anal function was collected 2 months after su rgery, and calculate the wound healing rate, and compare the wound healing time and thetotal curative effect. Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of anal function scoreand wound healing, with significant difference(P<0.05).The pain score andwoun d secretion and overall efficacy showed no significant difference between the two grou ps(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive bridge-retaining surgery for high perianal abscess can effectivel y reduce postoperative complications of patients with high perianal abscess, significantl y reduce postoperative anal function injury, relieve postoperative wound pain, promote wound healing, shorten healing cycle, etc.,thereby improving the quality of life of pat ients, while minimally invasive bridge-retaining surgery for high perianal abscess has n o adverse reactions after operation. It is safe and worthy of popularization and applicati on in clinic.
