ObjectiveObserving the effect of Liuzijue on respiratory function and neurological deficits in patients with hemorrhagic stroke, with a view to improving the patient’s respiratory function, reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection, improving the patient’s neurological deficit, and enriching respiratory rehabilitation training for patients with hemorrhagic stroke project.Methods84 patients with hemorrhagic stroke that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a test group of 42 cases and a control group of 42 cases. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing. On the basis of this, the test group was given Liuzijue breath training and Liuzijue. The breathing training time is 30 minutes, the training frequency is 1time/day,5 times/week,a total of 12 weeks of intervention, and the effect evaluation is performed before intervention, after 4 weeks of intervention, and after 12 weeks of intervention.Specific evaluation content:(1)Lung ventilation function:force expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_l)、forced vital capacity(FVC)、maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)、peak expiratory flow(PEF);(2)Respiratory muscle strength:maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)、maximum expiratorypressure(MEP);(3)Neurological deficit:National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS);(4)Number of cases of pulmonary infection:record the number of cases of pulmonary infection between two groups of patients before and after intervention.(5)Number of recurrent stroke cases:record the number of recurrent stroke cases in the two groups before and after the intervention.Results1.Comparison of baseline dataWhen the study subjects were enrolled, there was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, education, smoking status, muscle strength and amount of bleeding. There was comparability(P>0.05),indicating that the general data of the two groups of patients were comparable. Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of lung ventilation function, respiratory muscle strength and neurological deficit(P>0.05)between the two groups, which was comparable.2.Lung ventilation functionFEV_l:(1)Comparison within the
