| Object: With the continuous improvement of medical level and the rapid development of laparoscopic technology, laparoscopy has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen patients in general surgery, and has achieved significant results [8].Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgery.Laparoscopic appendectomy has the advantages of short operation time, clear operative field of vision, wide range of surgical exploration, small incision, less intraoperative bleeding, less postoperative complications, rapid postoperative recovery, short hospital stay and so on,which ensures the clarity of the operative field of vision during the operation, and can assist the operator quickly and accurately It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of acute appendicitis in villages and towns。Objectctive: As the most basic hospital, township hospital directly faces the most basic people and provides the most basic medical and health services for the residents in the area. However, township hospitals are currently facing the dilemma of serious loss of patients and severe shrinkage of the volume of operations. The lack of hardware and facilities in the hospital, the lack of spiral CT,general color ultrasound can not accurately diagnose, increase the risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Laparoscopic surgery in township hospitals is small in quantity, long in learning curve, and the operation proficiency needs to be improved. The general anesthesia experience of anesthesiology department is deficient, such as the difficulty of intubation in difficult airway, and the general situation of patients with poor anesthesia department sometimes refuses anesthesia. The overall strength of township hospitals is low,the coordination and support among departments is not enough, and the risks during and after operation are increased. To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis, and discuss the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis in primary hospitals.Method: All the subjects in this study were from 78 patients who voluntarily operated on acute appendicitis in our hospital.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into 44 patients who underwent open surgery and 34 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery.According to different surgical methods,we observed and compared the operation time, incision size, intraoperative blood volume and postoperative gastrointestinal tract of the two groups The length of functional recovery time and hospitalization time;the complications of the two groups were recorded and compared, including incision infection, intestinal obstruction, intestinal adhesion, abdominal abscess and pseudomembranous enteritis;the visual pain scale before and after the treatment of the two groups with different surgical methods was used,VAS)scores were analyzed, and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared. The collected data were input into 2013 excel table to establish syndrome scale database;all data were imported into computer, and spss20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:Comparison of the efficacy of appendectomy in two groups of patients: The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time,The experimental group was better than the control group.Vas scores of the study group and control group were compared before and after treatment,The experimental group was better than the control group 。Comparison of postoperative complications between the two groups of patients: The experimental group was better than the control group。Comparison of the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of patients,The experimental group was better than the control group. |
