Objective: To discuss the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of cervical adenocarcinoma,so as to provide references for improving the diagnosis and treatment of cervical adenocarcinoma, and to improve the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods: The data of 83 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The survival and recurrence were followed up.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.In this group of cases, the average age of onset was 44.94± 8.9 years old(26 ~ 72 years old),and the incidence rate was higher in 41~ 50 years old of age range;2.The top three clinical symptoms were sexual intercourse bleeding(50.7%),irregular vaginal bleeding(34.7%),and vaginal drainage(8%);3.84.6%(44/52)of the patients with cervical adenocarcinoma were positive for HPV,mainly types were 16 and 18(81.8%),accounting for 43.2%(19/44)and 38.6%(17/44)respectively;4.The differentiation of tumor cells was 20.5%(17/83)with high differentiation,47%(39/83)with medium differentiation, and 32.5%(27/83)with low differentiation,respectively;5.Univariate prognostic analysis showed that non-HPV 16 and/or type 18 infection, advanced stage, lymph node metastasis, and deep interstitial infiltration were the main influencing factors for overall survival rate(OS)(P < 0.05),and non-HPV16 and/or type 18 infection, advanced stage, lymph node metastasis, and medium and low differentiation of tumors were the main influencing factors of disease-free survival rate(DFS)(P < 0.05);6.COX regression model multivariate analysis showed that clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and HPV 16 and/or 18 type infection were independent factors affecting cervical adenocarcinoma recurrence and prognosis(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The average age of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma was 44.94 ± 8.9 years old(26 ~ 72 years old),which was younger than previous reports;2.The main clinical manifestations of cervical adenocarcinoma are abnormal vaginal bleeding and vaginal drainage;3.The main types of HPV infection in cervical adenocarcinoma are 16 and 18;4.The differentiation of cervical adenocarcinoma tumor cells is mostly medium and low differentiation;5.Clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and HPV 16 and/or 18 type infection were independent factors affecting the recurrence and prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma(P < 0.05).
