Joint is an important hinge of limb movement.If the joint changes,it will seriously affect our daily activities.But the elbow joint movement quantity is big this characteristic,causes in the clinical disease the elbow joint becomes the joint class injury high incidence place.The traditional control method of elbow orthopedic rehabilitation instrument is mostly manual adjustment of the angle by the therapist,subjective judgment can not be quantified,the control method can not accurately and effectively control the orthosis,and can not automatically record the treatment data,which can no longer meet the needs of contemporary patients and medical technology development.This paper takes the elbow orthosis as the background,takes the intelligent control system of the orthosis as the research object,and studies the software and hardware,intelligent algorithm and Android mobile app of the elbow orthosis control system to realize the automatic adjustment of the elbow orthosis.This thesis focuses on an intelligent control algorithm of elbow joint orthopedics based on dynamic fuzzy neural network.The complex mapping rules of sample data are extracted by neural network.BP neural network algorithm and dynamic fuzzy neural network algorithm are used to optimize and improve the model parameters.Through modeling and training,the model which meets the expected requirements and generalization ability is applied to the correction Control system of shaper.In the system and physical test,the control system is used to coordinate the hardware part to realize the automatic adjustment of the elbow orthosis,which changes the situation that the elbow orthopedics need manual assistant treatment in the past.The clinical trials show that the elbow orthopedic control system designed in this paper has good control effect.Considering the control characteristics of elbow orthosis,the whole hardware circuit of the orthosis control system is designed,including the main control module of microcontroller,pressure signal acquisition,amplification and filtering circuit,driving circuit of stepping motor,communication circuit of Bluetooth and necessary auxiliary circuit.Finally,a mobile phone app elbow orthosis monitoring system based on Java language is designed.Patients can control the orthosis work in Android mobile terminal,and input and real-time view the personal treatment information and the treatment time of the orthosis.Different data windows are designed for doctors and patients.Patients can view personal treatment data and information,and doctors can view the historical data of all patients in the system,so as to help doctors understand the patient’s condition in real time and provide basis for diagnosis in the next stage.It provides an efficient and convenient way for elbow rehabilitation training of patients,and it also saves energy and environmental protection,and saves medical resources.
