| As the economy continues to develop,all industries are striving to optimize their management processes and management structures.With the continuous development of the enterprises,the amount of materials managed by the enterprises is increasing,as well as the waste caused by the unreasonable coordination of materials.The traditional way of accounting,using pen and account book,has reduced the efficiency of the enterprises and made the Human resources overloaded.However,the development of Internet and computer technology can continuously improve the efficiency and the accuracy of the work while optimizing the industry’s management structure.This thesis takes the implementation of medical engineering material management system as the starting point,to discuss the system information technology which is used to realize the system.It describes and practices the whole process of the system,including the system requirements analysis,system detailed design,system function module implementation and system testing etc.Through the daily investigation of medical industry material management standards,medical material management policies and medical engineering materials management,the differences between this medical engineering material management system and the traditional material management system are comprehensively analyzed,a material management system suitable for the medical field and in line with the daily business of the project party is constructed,and the functional module design of the system is carried out in this thesis.In the process of the implementation,this project properly uses the knowledge system in project management,which provides theoretical support for the realization of the project.For instance,the thesis establishes the project milestones for the overall management of the project and also for the supervision and control of the project implementation and changes;uses the theory of project scope management when analyzing project requirements,collecting requirements,and establishing project work breakdown;and establishes a good project communication system through the identification and management of project stakeholders to ensure the normal development of the project.In the implementation process of this system,the various technologies required in the current system information process are fully utilized.For example,during the project,this pater uses software such as Microsoft Visio and Star UML to statically and dynamically model the system,Xmind and Mind Manager to plan the main functions of the system,Power Designer to design the database in detail,and Axure RP to design the high-fidelity prototype of the material management system.In the Visual Studio development environment,the.NET Framework platform and C# language are used for system development.And for verifying the system availability,black box test and white box test are used to test the system.Finally,this thesis realizes the medical engineering material management system.With the approval of the Medical Engineering Materials Management System Project Committee,the material management information system has been successfully invested in the actual operation of the medical engineering section.And it is currently in good operating condition,which greatly improves the business efficiency and work quality,and advances the level of information construction of medical engineering. |
