| This study uses interview,field observation and other methods to collect and sort out the data about autistic children’s ability of self-care before and after entering school in L special education center of Xi’an city.Through the analysis of the collected data,we can see that autistic children,whether at home or in special education center,lack the ability of self-care in life In addition,the author found that family members of autistic children did not actively participate in the rehabilitation training of autistic children.Based on the concept of social work helping people and self-help,this study selects an autistic child and his family who have serious defects in self-care ability and whose family members don’t pay enough attention to the training of children’s self-care ability in Xi’an l special education center as the research object,and uses the method of case work.On the one hand,it hopes to let the research object in self-care through intervention Second,we hope that through case intervention,parents can pay attention to the training of autistic children’s self-care ability in daily life.In the case intervention,we use behaviorism theory to intervene the problems of the subject in the ability of self-care in life.We focused on the use of reactive restriction theory,learning theory and reinforcement theory to guide the subject.After three months of guidance,the subject’s ability of self-care in life has made great progress;we use ecosystem theory to analyze the impact on the self-care ability of autistic children Meanwhile,encourage other family members of the case owner to participate in the training of the case owner’s life self-care ability actively,and make joint efforts to gradually increase the case owner’s life self-care ability Strong.Through the research,it is concluded that the family education of autistic children is very important,and social workers play the role of service provider,relationship coordinator and advocate in improving autistic children’s self-care ability.At the same time,through the research,it is concluded that social workers,parents of autistic children,special education institutions,teachers of special education institutions and other relevant units;Finally,the whole research process is reflected as follows: first,the whole practical process is reflected,the differences between social work methods and special education methods are found,and the advantages and disadvantages of social workers in the practical operation of autism institutions are found;second,the theoretical application of this study is reflected,and the behaviorism theory and ecosystem of this study are studied The application of the theory has applicability and effectiveness,and there are advantages and disadvantages in the application.Finally,the time promotion is reflected.In the later practice process,we should pay attentionto the intervention strategy and flexible development.It is expected that in the future,social work professionals and social workers will be able to better serve autistic children and institutions. |
