| Objective:Based on the standard treatment,to compare the clinical effects of two drugs Sacubitril Valsartan and valsartan on the prevention and treatment of heart failure in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:60 patients with acute myocardial infarction were continuously recruited.According to with or without heart failure,they were divided into A and B groups,of which patients in group A were diagnosed with heart failure(Killip Ⅱ~Ⅳ),group B patients without heart failure(Killip I).There were 30 cases in each of the two groups.Each group of patients was randomly divided into a study group(15 cases)and a control group(15 cases).On the basis of routine treatment,the study group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan,while the control group was treated with valsartan.The standard continuous treatment was 1 month.Each group was compared for left atrium anteroposterior diameter(LAD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)before and 1 month after treatment.Results:In group A,LAD,LVEF,NT-proBNP were improved after 1 month of treatment,no matter in the study group or the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);LVESD,LVEDD,LVFS were not significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The improvement of LVEF and NT-proBNP in the study group was more significant than that in the control group at the first month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the improvement degree of LAD in the study group was not different from that in the control group(p>0.05).In group B,LAD,LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF and LVFS had no significant changes at 1 month after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Both Sacubitril Valsartan and valsartan can improve cardiac function and correct heart failure in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction,and Sacubitril Valsartan is more effective,both can improve atrial remodeling in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction,and the two effects are equivalent in the short term.In the short term,both Sacubitril Valsartan and valsartan can prevent the deterioration of cardiac function and structure after acute myocardial infarction and there is no significant difference between the two drugs. |
