Research On The Support Of Children In Rural Poor Families

The healthy development of children is related to the future of the family,the future of the nation,the future of the country,and the health of children has attracted the attention of the whole society.Medical aid is a form of medical treatment for the poor by the party and the state.It is the safety net of the people’s right to subsistence and health,and an important part of our medical security system.In recent years,medical aid from social charitable organizations has gradually come to the public’s attention,and the use of social resources to solve the medical needs of the major diseases of the poor has greatly supplemented the basic medical care system of the Chinese government,gradually forming a government medical aid.Patterns of medical aid supplemented by social charity aid.The continuous development of China’s medical security system has made it possible to improve medical care for children in our country,but assistance for serious childhood illnesses still lags behind other children’s projects,and at present China has not established a special medical care system for children.The health of children continues to be threatened by disease.This paper uses literature method,field research method and case analysis method to analyze the problems faced by children with major diseases in poor rural families in medical aid.The resources of medical aid for children with severe illness in poor rural families in China come mainly from the government and social aid,but the government and social aid have made great contributions to medical aid for seriously ill children.But there are also some problems and shortcomings: the new type of rural cooperative medical care,as the basic medical treatment in rural areas in China,has made great achievements,which has eased the economic burden on farmers when they face disease treatment,but there are also limited medical compensation capabilities and bottlenecks in medical financing.Some farmers still do not have insurance and other issues;In recent years,social charitable organizations have continued to expand,pool social resources,have a certain ability to provide assistance to seriously ill children,strictly examine the target of donations,ensure accurate assistance,and continuously develop new models of medical assistance.However,there is also an imbalance between the distribution of relief resources and the demand for relief in medical aid.It is difficult to unify the standards of relief among charity organizations and the problem of preventing the exchange of rescue information.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward somecountermeasures from the aspects of government and social charity organizations: the government should set up the medical security system for children,improve the medical aid system and strengthen the propaganda of medical policy;Social charitable organizations should set up an industry exchange platform and reasonably divide medical aid resources.In order to better provide medical assistance to children suffering from severe poverty,it is necessary to establish a special medical aid model that is based on government medical insurance and supplemented by social charity assistance.The introduction of medical social work to participate in medical assistance,from all aspects to pay attention to the relief work for seriously ill children.
