Objectives:Analyse the clinical and pathological data of breast cancer patients with first-degree family history of others cancers or not to summarize the relationship of clinical and pathological factors Methods:Women who were diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in Shanxi Cancer Hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were included in the study.Use SPSS software to analyze the various the risk factors of breast cancer patients with different family history of cancer. The Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate its odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results:A total of 401 breast cancer patients were included in this study.Among these patients,63(15.71%)had a positive FHOC in first-degree relatives,338(84.29%)had a negative FHOC in first-degree relatives. And 270 cases of ER receptor-positive,accounting for 67.33%;224 cases of PR receptor-positive,accounting for 55.86%;103cases of HER2 positive expression, accounting for 25.69%;304 cases of Ki-67 high expression, accounting for 75.81%.ER hormone receptor expression(c 2 =4.92,P=0.0265<0.05),PR hormone receptor expression(c2=4.656,P=0.0309<0.05),and Ki-67 expression(c2=5.382,P=0.0203<0.05)has difference and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Logistic regression analysis, the breast cancer patients of FHOC who had a higher probability of ER hormone receptor-positiveexpression,compared to negative probability increased 1.109 times(OR:2.109,95%CI:1.093-4.071);PR hormone receptor-positive expression rate was 1.074 times higher than the negative(OR:2.074,95% CI:1.158-3.716);for Ki-67,its high expression increased 1.808 times(OR:2.808,95% CI:1.272-6.196).Conclusion:In Shanxi Province,first-degree family history of others cancers is related to the positive expression of ER and PR hormone receptors and Ki-67 high expression. And its had no correlation with other risk factors. The patients with FHOC have a higher probability of ER and PR hormone receptor-positive expression and Ki-67 high expression.
