The Development Context Of Drug Repositioning Research In China Based On MeSH And Mixed Keyword Strategy

Objective:To analyze the main research topics and the evolution process of research topics in the field of drug repositioning in China,so as to reveal the research status of drug repositioning and show its development contextMethods:Firstly,the related literatures in the field of drug repositioning in the periodical database were retrieved by computer,and 229 literatures were finally included after screening.Then,the main topic feature words in the literature are selected based on the hybrid keyword strategy,and network visualization,clustering analysis and evolution analysis are carried out around the main topic feature words.Finally,the research hotspots and development of this field are sorted out and discussedResults:Domestic research on drug repositioning can be divided into two categories and six hotspots according to research methods and data.One is drug knowledge discovery based on experimental data,the other is drug knowledge mining based on scientific data.The former is based on clinical trials,which mainly focus on the relationship between drug molecules and cell receptors.The potential effects of drugs can be found by establishing clinical models.The latter is based on computer technology,mostly taking the correlation between scientific data as the research object,and building data model through computer to discover drug knowledge.In this field,the germination stage is mainly about knowledge discovery of traditional Chinese medicine,and the development stage began to turn to anticancer drugs research,until the stable stage,the research turned to a more micro level.Conclusion:Overall,the domestic research of drug repurposing experienced a long-term start and has come into a rapid development period in recent years.Relevant researches are mainly based on computer technology and clinical trials.Aim of the former tends to be prediction,and that of the latter tends to be verification.Most of the early studies were based on the data of existing clinical trials and literature,and most of them were based on the research of traditional Chinese medicine.With the research going on continuously,the research foothold has changed from macro to micro,the research methods of computer technology and clinical trials have become to be combined organically,and all these explain that the research of this field has gradually matured.
