Analysis Of Clinical Characteristics Of Patients With OSAHS And COPD

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),that is,overlapping syndrome(OS),which provides a certain diagnosis and screening for overlapping syndrome(OS)in accordance with.Methods:This retrospective study selected 130 patients with complete medical records from January 2016 to October 2019 and inpatients in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care at the affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University.All the candidates were tested for pulmonary function and polysomnography.According to OSAHS diagnostic criteria and COPD diagnostic criteria,the candidates were divided into OSAHS group and COPD group.Because the diagnostic criteria for overlap syndrome have not yet been determined,the The criteria for the diagnosis of these two diseases were met,and the eligible candidates were defined as the overlap syndrome group.All the candidates were tested for pulmonary function and polysomnography,and recorded the relevant data,and the results of the blood samples were collected:red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(CHOL),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen quantification(FIB),PO2,PCO2,HCO3-.3.Arrange the experimental data and analyze with SPSS22.0 software.P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results 1.The ages of the three groups,BMI,AHI,LSaO2,MSaO2,HCT,TG,FIB,PLT,PCO2,HCO3-were all statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the OSAHS group,the OS group is older,with major pulmonary artery diameter and inner diameter of the right ventricular outflow tract,higher pulmonary artery pressure,higher HCT,HCO3-and PCO2,and relatively lower FIB,TG,PLT And BMI(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Compared with patients with simple OSAHS and patients with COPD,the hypoxia of OS patients is more severe,and there is more severe hypercapnia.2.Compared with OSAHS patients and COPD patients,the pulmonary systolic blood pressure of OS patients is more obvious.
