| Objective The influence of hypothyroidism on urinary microalbumin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed to explore the relationship between hypothyroidism and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, aimed to provide reference for clinical early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Random collection in November 2017 to November 2018 visits allocated about The Qinghai University affiliated hospital endocrinology treated standard 294 type 2 diabetes patients completed the study and analysis, patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were divided into hypothyroidism group and those with normal thyroid function were divided into normal group. All patients were measured using general data such as height, weight and waist circumference(WC),as well as systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(Philippines). Also should be carried out according to the questionnaire of standard body mass index(BMI)and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)calculation, and accordingly the fasting blood glucose(FBG)measurement, detection of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),urine creatinine(CR),urinary albumin(bronze),serum creatinine(Scr),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),triglycerides(TG)and total cholesterol(TC),at the same time also to have close relationship with thyroid function of biochemical index accordingly to item 4.A statistical analysis was performed on diabetic patients with subclinical hypothyroidism. In order to explore the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and hypothyroidism, the effect of type 2 diabetes on urinary microalbumin was discussed. Results 1.The general data of 294 eligible subjects of type 2 diabetes were statistically analyzed, and the results showed that the proportion and age of female patients in the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus with subclinical hypothyroidism were significantly higher than those in the group with normal thyroid function, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in waist circumference,BMI,disease duration, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure or smoking between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The differences in FBG,HbA1 c,TCH,TG,hdl-c,Scr,BUN,eGFR and FT3 between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the differences in 2hPG,ldl-c,TSH,FT4 and ACR in the subclinical hypothyroidism group of type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than those in the simple type 2 diabetes group(P <0.05).3.The prevalence of microalbuminuria in the SCH group and the normal thyroid group was statistically significant(36.8% vs.25.1%,p<0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that age and TSH were risk factors for early nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus and increased with the increase of age and TSH.Conclusions: In patients with type 2 diabetes in central Asia clinical hypothyroidism the prevalence of gender differences, women than men.Subclinical hypothyroidism is a risk factor for urinary microalbumin in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
