Incentive Mechanism Of Medical Data Sharing Based On Information Entropy In Blockchain Environment

The effective sharing of medical data can save medical resources and reduce risks cuased by fault medical diagnoses and treatments.So,it is a meaningful to be explored.However,there are still great challenges in initiatives improving of medical institutions,data security ensuring,patient privacy protection and efficiency improving.Due to the decentralized,safe and credible features of blockchain,the thesis intends to explore medical data sharing based on blockchain.The incentive mechanism of blockchain to enable medical data sharing and approaches to improve data sharing efficiency are the two issues to be address.(1)A scheme of medical data sharing based on blockchain is proposed.Focusing on the low efficiency of traditional blockchain in data retrieval,the structure of the block is extended with Bloom Filter in its header.This can greatly improve data retrieval efficiency by avoiding nonsense operations.(2)An incentive mechanism for medical data sharing based on information entropy is proposed.In order to improve the initiatives of medica institutions to share their data,a policy to evaluatae the value of data shared by a specific instition is proposed based on information entropy.At the same time,contributions of a data sharing entities can be evaluated based on Shapley value.Experiments show that it is an ideal choice to share and trade medical data based on blockchain,and the improved block structure based on Bloom Filter improves the efficiency of data retrieval in the blockchain.At the same time,the value measurement of shared data plays an important role in stimulating the initiatives of data sharing in medical institutions.Due to the effect of the incentive mechanism based on information entropy,the growth rate of shared data volume is higher than that of the incentive mechanism based on fixed value.In conclusion,the medical data sharing method discussed in this paper can promote more medical institutions to participate in data sharing,help to break the medical "information island",and give full play to the value of medical data.
