Design And Implementation Of Informationized Fixed Assets Management System For The Fourth People’s Hospital Of Chengdu

With informationized facilities have becoming widely available for medical industry in recent years,the efficiency of hospital work was greatly improved.These facilities also freed the hands of doctors and nurses to provide more detailed services for patients.Thus,with the features of high specialization,fast replacement,numerous types,high cost,sophisticated management informationized fixed assets have become one of the important material bases for the hospital to carry out various work.The current mode of management in Chengdu no.4 people’s hospital,which is dominated by the finance department and managed by multiple departments such as the information department and general department in a semi-manual way,can no longer meet the needs of information-based fixed asset management.Therefore,it is urgent to design and implement a software system for managing information-based fixed assets according to the requirements of asset management according to the characteristics of information-based fixed assets management based on the advantages of informatization.In this article,we reviewed the research background of the informationized facilities system,and the significance of system development is also illustrated.Through literature investigation and analysis,the requirements of the management and use department of information-based fixed assets were cleared,and the goal and development means of the system were also determined.After detailed analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of C/S architecture and B/S architecture,combined with the different requirements of the asset management department and the use department,the hybrid architecture of C/S and B/S is proposed to design and implement the system.The system includes two parts: the management department of fixed assets and the using department of fixed assets.The fixed assets management department,which has the advantages of high performance and complex process realization,adopts C/S structure,and PowerBuilder is applied for development,and facilitates the management department in data maintenance and business handling.The using department of fixed assets,which has the advantages of good distribution,easy development and use,adopts B/S structure and ASP.NET is applied for its development,and is convenient to use the department management assets.SQL Server 2008 R2 database as the background database for B/S client and C/S client access.According to the different functional requirements of the management and use departments of information-based fixed assets,the design and implementation of the system background database and the functions of the management and use departments of fixed assets are described in detail.In view of the existing fixed assets management system function insufficiency,this system increases the budget management,the asset receives in advance,the maintenance management and so on function module,has realized the asset entire process management.Because of using C/S-B/S hybrid structure,not only the security of sensitive data and the interactivity of complex function are strongly ensured,but also the client is simplified and the usability and maintainability of the system are improved.It also enhanced the effective use of computer and network resources,has realized the standardization of fixed assets such as information technology and information management,improve the quality and efficiency of asset management work.
