Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Energy Saving Management In J Hospital

With the continuous progress of health system reform,the national health and health undertakings have started a high-speed development path,and the various undertakings of the hospital have also been rapidly developed.With the continuous increase of medical and security equipment,the problem of increasing energy consumption has become increasingly prominent,which not only affects the economic operation of the hospital,but also becomes an obstacle to the sustainable development of the hospital.In order to implement the national strategic arrangement of "persisting in the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,vigorously developing the sustainable economy and building an environment-friendly and energy-saving society",in 2008,the State Council promulgated and implemented the regulations on energy conservation of public institutions,which has become an important measure for the implementation of sustainable and high-quality development in China.Therefore,under the background of green and environmental protection,it is of great significance to carry out energy conservation work in public hospitals.Based on the research on energy-saving management of hospitals at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concepts of public hospitals,energy-saving and energy-saving management,and explains the theories of green development,scientific management and new public management.On this basis,through the analysis of the energy consumption data of J hospital from 2014 to 2018 and the field study of the energy-saving management cases of the hospital,the existing problems were identified and countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward to reduce the energy consumption of the hospital and provide reference Suggestions for the energy-saving management methods of the hospital.Through the analysis of energy consumption data and case study of J hospital in recent years,it is found that there are the following major problems in the energy saving management of J hospital: Lack of rigid constraints on energy conservation;Statistics on energy consumption are inadequate;Energy conservation management measures are single;Employees lack awareness of energy conservation.Analysis of the causes of the above problems,mainly: Energy saving management system is not perfect;It lacks funds and professional technical support for energy conservation projects;The application of new technology and mechanism in energy saving management is insufficient;Propaganda and training work is not in place.In view of the problems found,the following countermeasures are put forward: We should improve the management system of energy conservation by improving the institutional setup,the standard system of energy conservation management,and the reward and punishment system;Measures such as implementing energy-saving transformation with new energy-saving technologies,using information-based means,and actively promoting the use of contract energy and other market mechanisms to promote energy-saving work;Strengthen the construction of professional personnel,while innovating new methods of energy conservation publicity and education,increase the intensity of energy conservation publicity and education.
