Research On The Development Of Online Health Service Platform Of Zhenjiang Maternal And Child Health Hospital

"Internet +" as the top design of the country is not only an important strategy for the country’s social and economic development,but also one of the frontier studies of public management.With the increasing demand for the health of the people,problems such as insufficient total health resources,unreasonable structural layout,and fragmentation of services have become increasingly prominent.How to make use of the optimization and integration of the Internet in the allocation of health resources,deepen the integration of Internet innovation results with the health and health industry,further enhance the innovation and coverage of public health services,stimulate the medical service market and social vitality,and improve the health services of the people.A sense of acquisition has a strong practical significance.Based on the multi-agent perspective,based on the research on maternal and child health informationization and Internet health services at home and abroad,this paper uses the description framework and diagnostic framework to investigate the current status of the online health service platform of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Under the framework of the description,summarize the framework model of the online health service platform of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the effectiveness of the reform of the medical supply side;under the diagnostic framework,through the questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of the online health service platform of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital is satisfied.Research on the factors affecting the degree and willingness to use,in order to find out the problems in the online service platform service of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and provide countermeasures for promoting the healthy development of “Internet + medical health” in the maternal and child health service industry.Through the investigation,it was found that the online health service platform of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital had problems such as slow functional improvement,poor offline experience,low service personalization,delayed service response,and large differences in service quality.The reasons for the above problems are mainly due to the lack of investment in the platform by the hospital,the low level of interoperability with other units,the lack of high-level professional customer service team support,the inability to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical personnel,and the standardization of service training mechanisms.Service quality supervision is not in place.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to speed up the introduction of "Internet + maternal and child health" related policies,attach importance to the operation and management of online health service platforms,and strengthen the service capacity building of online health service platforms is an important factor in improving the service quality of the online health service platform of Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Initiative."Internet + maternal and child health" is an important path for the maternal and child health care industry to deepen the reform of the medical and health system.Accelerate the relevant policy support,effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff,provide homogenized online and offline services,strengthen information security management and cultivate reserve information professionals.It is the key to promoting the rapid,effective and sustainable development of “Internet + maternal and child health” work.
