| With the rapid improvement of the people’s living standards and the economy,more and more people pay more attention to their own health.On the one hand,cardiovascular diseases have tended to be younger and received the attention of people over the years because of the speedup of aging process,increasing pressure of young people and irregular life in our society.On the other hand,they are characterized by strong suddenness,high mortality and difficulty in prevention.Hence,how to realize long-term ECG monitoring has become a research hotspot in recent years.Now,it is hard to realize real-time ECG detection because the equipment used for ECG detection in the hospital has disadvantages of large volume,lacking of portability,detection environment and time limitation.In view of above questions,flexible epidermal sensors with characteristics of portability,real-time monitoring and strong endurance satisfy the requirements of cardiac real-time monitoring and effective prevention of cardiovascular diseases.Here,a wearable ECG measurement device based on flexible electronic is demonstrated.Firstly,the flexible epidermal electronic sensor can better fit with human skin due to its light,thin and soft features without causing any harm to the skin.This paper designs a pair of flexible ECG electrodes to detect ECG signals instead of traditional Ag/AgCl wet electrodes which exist many problems such as causing skin allergy and electrodes fall out and so on in the process of signal acquisition.Secondly,the paper proposes a flexible magnetoelectrcal interface made of NdFeB@Ag core-shell structure composite particles to achieve connection and separation between the circuit and the sensor,solving permanent and unstable connection problems.The paper also explores the preparation conditions(milling time of NdFeB particles,weigh ratio of NdFeB and Ag and sintering methods)and characters(conductivity,magnetism and mechanical property)of magnetoelectrical composite particles.Next,this paper builds the hardware platform of wearable ECG monitoring device including ECG signal differential amplification,filtering process and data acquisition and wireless transmission module to acquire accuracy ECG signal.Finally,in aspect of software,this paper introduces the oversampling and adaptive coherent model algorithm to eliminate interference signals.And difference threshold algorithm is proposed to extract the R wave precisely,and the heart rate calculation can be realized according the interval of R-wave peak.The results are transmitted to the Android application through the Bluetooth technology,realizing ECG data real-time display.Therefore,this paper designed a pair of flexible epidermal sensors with the area of6×1.4cm~2 and connected the sensor with miniaturized wireless measurement circuit which is 2×1.5cm~2 in dimension by flexible magnetoelectric interface,achieving the design and fabrication of the whole system.The accuracy and stability of the whole ECG detection system has been proved during sport and sleep. |
