In the whole process of medical service,the result of medical examination plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The original inspection reservation process has the problem of scattered reservation location and isolated reservation information,which causes many reservation queues,and cannot avoid the taboo conflicts between multiple inspection items,causing serious negative impact on patient satisfaction.The unified examination reservation system has been implemented in China,and the "one-stop" appointment function has been achieved for all kinds of examinations of outpatients and inpatients.The difference is that there are different options for checking appointments,including out-patient doctor stations,outpatient toll collection offices,inspection departments and inspection booking centers.After the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,the subject is finally used to check the reservation system,set up in the mode of checking the reservation center.The advantage is that it will not increase the workload of the outpatient doctor and the pressure of the queuing of the toll window.At the same time,it can also avoid the patient’s appointment in various inspection departments.In addition,it is also easier to cancel and change the reservation.This thesis draws on the advantages of the existing software and designs the system architecture using the time slot reservation strategy.First,the database table structure ofthe system is designed according to the results of the system requirements analysis,and then the key modules of the system are designed and implemented in detail,including the reservation taboo conflict rule engine,the reservation query module and the data synchronization interface,to ensure the integrity and rigor of the system’s function.The reservation taboo conflict rule engine based on the reservation taboo conflict knowledge base and the reservation taboo conflict prompting algorithm can give hints to the possible reservation conflicts between the multiple inspection items of the same patient and avoid the invalid reservation.The reservation query module,by calling the business logic stored procedure to carry out the database operation,efficiently realizes the function of reservation and reservation,history reservation query and modification.The design of data synchronization interface ensures interface compatibility and data consistency by calling the distributed transaction method in ado.net framework,publishes in the form of web service,and registers in the Enterprise Service Bus-Health(ESB)system for unified management.At last,taking the patients’ reservation waiting time,inspection waiting time and the idle time of the examination department as the evaluation index of the system operation effect,the operation effect analysis of the system is carried out on the basis of the evaluation index data of one month before and after the system operation.According to the results of the analysis,the existing problems are obtained.And the causes of the problems are analyzed respectively,aiming at the causes of the problems;a targeted optimization scheme is designed for system optimization.Finally,according to the evaluation index data before and after optimization,the optimization effect is evaluated.
