Objective: To study the application of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of pulmonary diseases, and to explore its safety, efficacy and extensibility. Methods: A total of 85 patients with pulmonary diseases hospitalized for surgical treatment in the department of thoracic surgery of the people’s hospital of ningxia hui autonomous region from March 2018 to December 2018 and from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Retrospective analysis was performed to classify 43 patients from March 2018 to December 2018 as the control group using the conventional treatment regimen, and 42 patients from March 2019 to December 2019 as the experimental group using the ERAS regimen.By preoperative general situation between experimental group and control group, intraoperative and postoperative hospital stay, closed chest drainage tube placement time, traffic,on the first day after operation, the third day after peripheral blood neutrophils/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),postoperative complications, such as the indicators, statistical analysis. Results: The postoperative drainage volume of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).The average time of closed thoracic drainage tube placement in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The postoperative hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the control group, the number of patients in the experimental group who received double drainage tube after surgery was significantly reduced, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The NLR of the experimental group on the first day and the third day was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).On the first day and the third day after the operation,PLR was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of pulmonary infection, the incidence of bronchopleural leakage, the incidence of re-endotracheal intubation, and the number of cases requiring re-placement of drainage tube after removal of closed thoracic drainage tube(p>0.05).Conclusion: Enhanced recovery after surgery used in perioperative pulmonary disease state can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the postoperative stress reaction, reduce the number of cases of postoperative chest closed drainage tube, double tube placement, reduce postoperative flow and shorten the extubation time, and did not increase the incidence of postoperative complications,to speed up the patients with postoperative recovery, save medical resources.
