Objective To explore the correlation analysis of newly diagnosed lung cancer patients with different degrees of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods This study is a cross-sectional study.Inpatients with a diagnosis of lung cancer who were diagnosed for the first time at Ning Xia Medicial University General Hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent portable bedside polysomnography before planned treatment. The standard specifies whether to incorporate OSAHS.At the same time, according to the severity of OSAHS,there were 1 group(without OSAHS group),2 groups(mild OSAHS group),and3 groups(moderately severe OSAHS group). The sleep monitoring indicators and clinical indicators were compared between the three groups. Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,104 patients with complete data were selected,71 males(68.3%)and 33 females(31.7%).There are 52 patients with OSAHS,39 males,66.67%;13 females,33.33%,male: female = 3:1,male is significantly more than female;the age range is 34-82 years old,the average age is 62.07 ±10.23 years old;the average BMI is 22.86 ± 3.20kg/m2;through the comparison of the above general data of the three groups,it is concluded that there is no statistical difference in gender, age,BMI and the presence or absence of comorbidities Difference(P > 0.05).In this study, the overall prevalence of OSAHS in newly diagnosed lung cancer patients was 50%.According to the severity of OSAHS,there was no OSAHS in group 1(n = 52,50.00%),mild OSAHS in group 2(n = 30,28.85%),moderate and severe OSAHS in group 3(n =22,21.15%).According to the data analysis of sleep monitoring in patients with OSAHS,the patients with OSAHS had obvious drowsiness symptoms in the daytime. There were significant differences in ESS score, stop Bang questionnaire, the longest time of apnea, the lowest oxygen saturation at night and oxygen reduction index(4%).According to the analysis of the relationship between OSAHS and lung cancer in different degrees,it is concluded that there is statistical difference in lung cancer pathological classification of OSAHS in different degrees in patients over 65 years old,and there is no significant difference between OSAHS in different degrees and clinical stages of lung cancer. There was no significant difference and no significant correlation between hypoxemia at night and pathological classification and clinical stage of lung cancer.AHI of different lung cancer clinical stages was compared, and AHI of stage II was lower.AHI was lower in small cell lung cancer. The best fitting regression model for predicting OSAHS by clinical predictors of OSAHS includes the longest apnea time, gender, age, oxygen reduction index(4%),ESS score,STOP-Bang questionnaire, etc.the adjusted R square is 0.925,indicating that the prediction value of the model is strong.Conclusion(1)The detection rate of OSAHS in newly diagnosed lung cancer patients is very high. All patients had obvious daytime sleepiness, especially those with OSAHS.(2)There was a correlation between the severity of OSAHS and the pathological classification of lung cancer in patients over 65 years old. However, there was no significant correlation between the severity of OSAHS and the clinical stage of lung cancer.(3)Among the newly diagnosed lung cancer patients, there was no significant correlation between different levels of nocturnal hypoxemia and the classification and clinical stage of lung cancer patients.
